MVW and the VET 911 concept
MVW’s passion is, and will continue to be, around the word “RESPONSIVENESS”. This single word is the foundation on which MVW is built. When a customer contacts MVW, they need to know that, consistently, they will be able to communicate with a team who will:
- be available and accessible,
- to advise and provide customers with the correct product to meet their requirements,
- competently and courteously,
- when they need it,
- in the place that they need it,
- at a price which is highly competitive in the market in which we trade.
The question was asked within MVW as to who globally is the living example of this philosophy, and the answer that came to mind was the “911” service. You would not phone 911 in an emergency, if they did not answer the phones promptly, did not have solutions and could not send solutions in the desired time. Imagine sending an ambulance to a fire, and sending it three days late because there were no ambulances available anyway. The service would collapse. For this reason Rescue 911 is recognised as the world leader in “Responsiveness” and is a recognised brand for service in an urgent environment.
In line with this, MVW is striving to become the dominant player in the animal health environment through advanced product knowledge, highly competitive pricing and leadership in responsiveness and service in an urgent environment – and so the vision of creating VET 911 was conceived. |
We will be growing this brand for MVW in the near future, but it is the responsiveness of the team which will give the strategy credibility. As a direct result of a response to the vision shown by Lizelle Schutte, we have registered and activated the Telkom number of 0861 VET 911.
In addition, the company has registered the web address of www.vet911.co.za, as well as the company name of VET 911 as well. On a nationwide basis, we will own and take this brand to the market. In order to do this successfully we need our customers to believe in MVW, secure in the knowledge that we truly are the vet version of Rescue 911 When you need help with animal health issues, MVW will be there to give you every support you need, whether it be informative, financial or pharmaceutical.
We are well on track to becoming one of the leading suppliers of animal health products to the South African veterinary practices, and our commitment to “responsiveness” will be the difference between good, and exceptional.
VET 911 has been born, and MVW is proud to be the owner of this exciting initiative.
